Direct Reporting Line:Sales Manager
Rosebank College is looking for a Student Advisor for the new Connected Campus. The mandate includes the implementation of the total marketing process in order to achieve the preset targets. The process includes school presentations, students interviews and phoning prospective students.
Key Performance Area:
A. Marketing Function
Client Relationship-Building to raise the public awareness of Rosebank College with all stakeholders.
Develop and maintain good relationships with guidance teachers especially at the Priority 1 schools.
Arrange and deliver school presentations, career fairs, exhibitions & RFRs
Database management: collection of grade 12 school database
Update database on school presentations.
Conduct career advice and interviews with prospective students and their parents
Drive the database, interview, application and registration process to meet new student targets
Distribution of all marketing and promotional materials to grade 12's and schools
Coordinating marketing events
Coordinate campus marketing function
Follow-up on prospective students (call students to come and apply or register).
B. Administrative Function
Prepare all statistical data using CRM to complete a range of marketing reports
Respond to all email, telephonic, postal & fax enquiries
Coordinate all international student admission and visa requirements
C. Marketing Material
Managing stock of all marketing and promotional materials on campus.
- Degree or three year diploma (preferably in marketing)
A minimum of 2 years marketing or sales experience in an academic setting
Physical Job Requirements:
Must have a car and valid drivers license
