Key Performance Area:
- Maintain high levels of accuracy when collecting payment
- Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
- Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, offering a friendly and professional service.
- Essential: Grade 12
- Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level
- Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- Cash control experience will be beneficial together with excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a customer facing role
