Job Purpose:

Maintain the company financial information which includes Debtors, Creditors, salaries, month end, other expenses & Balance sheet etc.

Key Performance Area:

  • Import, post Multiple Bank statements & Bank Reconciliations
  • Various month end reconciliations and prepare audit schedules
  • Capture and maintain various loan accounts 
  • Raise and maintain the fixed asset register 
  • Process payments
  • Liaise with suppliers/branches on a regular basis 
  • Liaise with Debtors and Creditors as required 
  • Assist with the region€™s internal audit requirements 
  • Query resolution and ad-hoc functions
  • General administration 


Bookkeeping or similar qualification

Work Experience:

  • Essential (Non-negotiable) - 5 years fixed assets experience
  • Essential (Non-negotiable) - finalisation of month end
  • Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping knowledge
  • Computer literacy especially in ADVANCED Excel
  • Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
  • Must be meticulous and pay attention to detail 
  • Articulate, punctual and presentable 
  • Be prepared to work overtime
