Job Purpose:

Responsible for the administration of the registration contracts.

Key Performance Area:

    • Data capturing
    • Document management
    • Assist with administrative duties
    • Support overall Call Centre activities: Answering incoming calls, sending information to clients, scanning documents
    • Uploading student Contract into CAMS
    • Archiving
    • Registration of students

Education:

Minimum requirements

  • Administration qualification 
  • Matric

 

Work Experience:

  • Administrative duties & client services experience 
  • Experience within an Educational Institution preferred.

NOTE: This is a fixed-term (To assist with Registration from 01 November 2019 - 31 March 2020)
