Job Purpose:

  • Market services of RC and the department to existing and new clients (prospective employees)

Key Performance Area:

Business Development and Client Interaction

  • Create sustainable lasting relationships with targeted companies
  • To visit clients at their organizations and conduct presentations to market RC and GEP
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders for repeat business
  • Track progress of relationship with clients
  • Arrange and deliver career fairs, attend exhibitions.
  • Obtain job descriptions and company specifications for entry level positions
  • Distribution of all marketing and promotional materials to prospective clients
  • Find new target markets and penetrate them effectively to get more specs
  • Understand how to market GEP in way that is appealing to the clients
  • Always look for new ways to keep clients attracted to GEP
  • Coordinating marketing events with clients
  • Co-branding with clients
  • Above average level of product knowledge.

Database Management

  • To update all new clients on the Campus database
  • Client database to be kept up to date

Administrative Function

  • Respond to all email, telephonic & postal enquiries


  • Weekly and monthly reports to be submitted as per schedule to be provided


Relevant qualification

Work Experience:

3 - 5 years in a similar role

Working Conditions:

  • Travel is required to clients and other business prospects
  • Working hours are generally from 08h00 to 17h00 with some flexibility.
  • Saturday work and after hours is a requirement, especially during the annual student registration period
