Direct Reporting Line:HR Manager
To provide an efficient and effective Human Resources generalist function to line thus enabling them to meet their people strategy objectives.
Key Performance Area:
Recruitment and Selection: - Ensures adherence to recruitment policies and procedures as well as South African Labour legislation. Supports Line managers in the recruitment process.
Training & Development: - Conducts staff induction. Assists in the planning of training interventions as well as information for WSP Reporting.
Performance Management: - Coordinates and guides line managers on the performance management process.
Remuneration and payroll: - Ensure all staff, contractors, temps and casuals are paid within the agreed specified periods.
Industrial Relations: - Advises and guides line managers on all staff relations issues
General Human Resource Duties: - Handles Human Resources queries
- Advanced Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
- 4 - 5 years Human Resources - generalist experience
