Job Purpose:

The Academic Operations Coordinator will be coordinate, provide support and generally oversee the events and initiatives that enhance and improve the overall student experience.


Key Performance Area:

  • Consult with students and parents daily to resolve queries
  • Assist with student orientation
  • Prepare communication for notice boards
  • Assist Management in setting up the student / lecturer timetables
  • Inform students and lecturers of all academic planner or timetables
  • Attend and assist in academic / lecturer meetings
  • Compile graduation lists
  • Review assessment timetables


Minimum requirements
  • Higher Certificate in Business Administration or similar

Work Experience:

3 Years experience in Administration and Customer Service
